The days pass, darkness comes.
Tree's suffocate under the ice.
I think about my family back home.
I am on my own now.
My best men, massacred before my eyes.
Wiping the tear from my cheek, I grasp my rifle tight to my chest.
It's all I have now...
My name is Gordon Reynolds.
I am 36 years old, and currently living in Britain.
My family is most important to me, even though there back in Lowestoft.
I miss them very much and am struggling everyday.
You could say I am just your average solider,
numb and fearless.
But I do have qualities of any other "normal" person.
Like, I've always had a passion for painting.
I absolutely love art. It's not filled with hatred and negativitey.
But this war I'm in isn't really the picture that I had wished to paint.
Well, I'm hangin in there.
Anyways, here are some other things about me.
My favorite foods are vegetable soup and some sweet tea,
not too much sugar though.
I like snooker, and card games.
I am just living my life, trying to get by day to day.
Well, thanks for letting me share somethings about myself.
Good day.
Our Flag.

How was Britain involved in WW1? 1. Britain got into a fight with Germany on August 4th, 1914. Germany and Britain competed for the strongers navy. The most important cause of war is the assassination of the arch-duke of austria- hungary, this occured on the 28th of June. This horrid crime was performed by a group known as the "The black hand". Britain had an advantage in the war though, having a larger amount of ships than the other companions. Britains soldiers volunteered to fight, while germanys troops were forced. Therefore, Germany's army was gigantic, approximatly 4,200,000 soldiers. While Britain ranked at about 700,000.
The war ended in 1918.
The assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria - Hungary.
Well my army was with Triple Entente. So we were allied with France and Russia.
Seeing this happen, I really didn't know what to think.
I just believe in defending my men and soliders.
And getting home safe when this is all over.
Battle Plan:
Since Britain is a island, we will use our u-boats, and submarines to prevent other countries from invading our land.
I was one of the thousands of soldiers on this boat, we all just worked together and stayed strong.
It was quite an adventure.
Here are some of the other weapons me and my men used.
Here are one of the trenches we stayed in.
This is a poster promoting work and effort.
It also promotes help in the war.
& I hope it help.
How Russia's exit and USA'S entry into the war effected Britain:
Well this was a great thing for Britain.
We are all excited now because America is a big, strong help in our battle.
Now we have a good partner to fight with and I'm so very thankful for that.
Treaty of Versailles:
It's 1918 and the war is finally over, a truce has been called.
It's a good thing that this has all ended.
But something missing in my soul, the most men killed were my own.
It was a painful situation, but it's all over now.
Finally.Finally... it's over.
Christmas:
I wake up and look out the window, the light gashes at my eyes.
The ground is covered with snow, it's everywhere.I just remember, it's Christmas day and I'm going home to see my family.I am so happy.I haven't been this happy since, I can't even remember when.
I'm in the process of gathering all my belongings and heading back to Lowestoft.
I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THERE (:
